  3. Time to process your request or complaint. Your request will be processed no later than 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by days off and public holidays that are common in the Czech Republic).


Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day when you or another person designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last goods, partial delivery, or the last item in the case of a purchase agreement for multiple items from one order, or delivery of goods in several partial deliveries or items).

  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase agreement, please inform us through your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement can be made through any clear declaration (for example, by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

  3. Return address. The return label is usually available in the user account at pelek.eu. If we did not provide a return label, please use this address for returning the goods: Principal Elektrik s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, please contact us via the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766 to ensure that your rights to return the goods are guaranteed and to agree on an individual procedure.

  4. Withdrawal from the contract within the deadline. To comply with the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase agreement, it is sufficient to send a notice of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of this deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase agreement? In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notice of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you prove that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods. The goods must be returned to us or handed over without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiration of this deadline.

  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned goods exceeds 990 CZK without delivery costs (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we bear the direct costs of shipping back. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by regular mail due to their nature are borne by you.

  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, you are responsible for the reduction in value of the returned or sent back goods that occurred as a result of handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and properties of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete products, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you request. Each specific case will always be assessed to determine the degree of damage, the valuation of the goods, and the determination of the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these measures at the provided email address.

  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase agreement. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
