  3. Time for processing your request or complaint. Your request will be processed within 2 business days (48 hours) at the latest (this period may be extended by days off and public holidays that are customary in the Czech Republic).


Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you or another third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last goods, partial delivery, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items ordered together, or delivery of goods in several partial deliveries or items).

  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us through your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@pelek.eu or +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear declaration (for example, by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

  3. Address for returning goods. A return label is usually available in your user account at pelek.sk. If we have not provided a return label, use the following address to return the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, please contact us at info@pelek.eu or +420774242766 so that we can ensure that your return rights are guaranteed and agree on an individual procedure.

  4. Withdrawal within the time limit. To comply with the time limit for withdrawing from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

  2. Refunds. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to issue the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods. The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of this period.

  4. Costs of returning the goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned goods exceeds EUR 40 excluding delivery costs (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will bear the direct costs of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail.

  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to examine their nature and properties. If damaged or incomplete products are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you are requesting. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the value of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these measures at the stated email address.

  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
